I am a clinical supervisor in a Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore, MD. The Mission for the program called Hopkins ElderPlus is to maintain the frail elderly in the community. Incontinence is a huge problem caregivers and participants struggle with on a daily basis.
