To track your order, click My Account in the top navigation. If you do not have an account, please register. Once you do have an account, log in and click Recent Orders. You will see your order(s) listed on the next page. Click View for order details. Tracking status is provided above order details. If your order is “Processing” then it has not yet been shipped.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you want to make changes or cancel an order, you must contact us by phone at 1-800-343-4497 or via our contact form. Please note that once an order has been fully processed and/or shipped, it is no longer eligible for changes or cancellation.

What should I do if my order never arrived?

If your order details include your Package Tracking Number(s), check with the shipping company to confirm that they have received your packages. If your order is "Delivered", please contact us for assistance at 1-800-343-4497 or via the contact form. Please allow 3-6 days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.

What should I do if an item is missing from my shipment?

When will my backorder arrive?
